to live stream videos from inside their race cars during races. We're dedicated to creating an engaging environment where racing
enthusiasts can share their experiences and connect with a supportive community.
Use of Services
By accessing or using our platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right
to modify or update these Terms at any time, so please check back regularly. If you disagree with our Terms, please refrain
from using our Services.
Intellectual Property Rights
When you live stream content to our platform ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual
license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content. This includes
the right to create derivative works and to sublicense such rights to third parties. Although you retain the rights to the original
footage, the derivative works and any overlay images added to your live stream by us become our exclusive property.
Monetization
Your User Content may be selected for monetization by Earlybird Racing, at our sole discretion. In such cases, Earlybird Racing retains full ownership of the derivative works
created during the monetization process. Please note that no compensation will be offered to users for the use of their User Content in monetization activities.
Community Guidelines
Our platform is designed to be an engaging space for all users. We expect everyone to abide by our Community Guidelines, available on our platform,
which prohibit hate speech, harassment, discrimination, and explicit content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content or user that violates these guidelines.
Data Privacy

User Representations and Warranties
By streaming User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights,

other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content in the manner contemplated by the Services and these Terms.
Liability and Responsibility
While we strive to maintain a high level of service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free,
uninterrupted, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied,
including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
